The Junk Bond King

2020.07.10 06:11 Arch_Globalist The Junk Bond King

Junk bonds are bonds issued by companies with poor credit ratings, such as CCC, as opposed to investment-grade bonds that are issued by companies with a AAA credit rating.

His Crimes

The junk bond scheme:
  1. Milken controlled both sides of the deal, he controlled both the lenders and the borrowers.
  2. he controlled the lenders because he controlled a huge network of federally insured Savings and Loan banks, reputable insurance companies, and junk bond funds.
  3. so Milken would then raise money from his network of lenders to buy junk bonds from a junk company (borrower), with the promise that the junk company will use some of that capital to buy junk bonds from other junk companies (borrowers) in Milken’s junk bond empire. This inflated the demand for the junk bonds.
  4. junk bonds yielded Milken a high commission, and Milken would also get equity in the junk companies that he had just financed with capital.
Junk bonds financed corporate raiders, and information about those takeover bids was improperly shared, creating criminal insider trading opportunities.
Milken often tried to get as much as five times the maximum markup on trades that was permitted at the time.
Milken’s friend and business associate, Ivan Boesky:
  1. Ivan Boesky’s conviction of insider trading in 1986 is what lead to Milken’s downfall.
  2. Milken had substantial business dealings with Boesky.
  3. the first lead into Milken’s crimes was a payment of $5.3 million by Ivan Boesky to Drexel Burnham listed as a consultation fee. Boesky told the SEC this payment was for Milken’s profits form an illegal trade.
  4. Boesky implicated milked in insider trading, stock manipulation, fraud, and stock parking.
Milken’s shadow entity, MacPherson Partners:
  1. Drexel’s internal investigation discovered suspicious activity in one of the limited partnerships Milken had set up to allow members of his department to make their own investments called MacPherson Partners.
  2. Members of MacPherson Partners included: Milken, other Drexel Burnham executives, a few high value Drexel Bernham customers, as well as a few managers of money market funds - all friends of Milken.
  3. MacPherson Partners acquired several stock warrant)s for the stock of Storer Broadcasting in 1985. At the time, the powerful private equity firm KKR was in the midst of a leveraged buyout of Storer Broadcasting, and Drexel Burnham was the lead underwriter for the bonds being issued.
  4. One of Drexel Burnham’s other clients bought several Storer Broadcasting warrants and sold them back to the high-yield bond department (controlled by Milken) at Drexel Burnham.
  5. Drexel Burnham’s high-yield bond department in turn sold them to MacPherson Partners (also controlled by Milken).
  6. Those warrants were then handed out by Milken to members of his family, and the money managers bought the warrants for themselves without notifying the clients of the funds they were managing.
  7. By allowing his wealth fund management friends to buy the warrants, Milken was essentially bribing them so they would in turn help him with his junk bond manipulation.

His Trial, Conviction and Sentence

During the trial, Milken spent $3 million a month on his legal defense and an expensive public relations firm.
He ultimately pleaded guilty to 3 counts of securities fraud, 2 counts of tax evasion, and 1 count of conspiracy to commit the other 5 crimes.
Milken was ordered by the court to pay a fine of $200 million and to pay $400 million to defrauded investors.
In a separate civil suit Milken had to pay out an additional $500 million to defrauded investors. Sentenced to 2 years for each of the 5 counts of tax and securities fraud for 10 years total.
When the judge read the sentence, Milken misunderstood and thought he had received 2 years total. After his lawyer told him that he was getting 10 years, the blood drained out of Milken’s face, he took his wife into a witness waiting room, closed the door and let out a blood-curdling scream.

Clemency from President Trump

On February 18, 2020 Trump granted clemency to Milken, although his lifetime ban from the securities industry is still in effect.
America’s Secretary of the Treasury, Steve Mnuchin, is longtime pals with Milken, and was the prime mover in convincing President Trump to pardon him. Mnuchin has flown on Milken’s private jet.
Another fat cat advocating for Milken was Nelson Peltz, who has raised over $10 million for Trump’s 2020 re-election campaign.
And don’t forget Trump's fattest fat cat, Sheldon Adelson, who also advocated on behalf of Milken.
Many powerful figures in high finance came together to lobby the White House on behalf of Milken, including:
  1. Sheldon Adelson: a major Republican donor and Trump supporter, Adelson is the chief executive officer of casino operator Las Vegas Sands Corp.
  2. David Bahnsen: a former Morgan Stanley managing director and wealth management executive who wrote Trump in 2017 urging him to pardon Milken, calling the junk bond king’s prosecution a result of “a period of class envy run amok.”
  3. Tom Barrack: the chief executive officer and chairman of Colony Capital Inc., Barrack is long-time Trump ally. He faced a call from an investor in November to step down in part over distractions from investigations into his political and personal activities.
  4. Rupert Murdoch: a powerful media mogul and longtime Trump ally who put the power of News Corp. behind the president.
  5. Maria Bartiromo: a popular anchor on Fox Business, Bartiromo has interviewed Milken as recently as 2018 (and has also interviewed Trump). The network is part of Murdoch’s media empire.
  6. Ron Burkle: a billionaire investor who controls Yucaipa Cos., Burkle made his fortune in the grocery-store industry. Burkle, a Democratic fund-raiser famous for his friendship with Bill Clinton, made news last year when he was rumored to be interested in acquiring the Trump-friendly National Enquirer.
  7. Elaine Chao: the U.S. Secretary of Transportation, Chao was a key speaker at the Milken Global Conference last year, where she spoke about the future of mobility as well as women in government. She’s married to Republican Senate Majority Leader and top Trump ally Mitch McConnell.
  8. Rudy Giuliani: Trump’s personal lawyer, the former New York mayor has lately been embroiled in the Ukraine scandal. As chief federal prosecutor in New York in the 1980s, Giuliani sought to prosecute Milken.
  9. Rabbi Marvin Hier: dean of the Simon Wiesenthal Center, Hier was invited by Trump to speak at his inauguration. The rabbi in 2018 called on Trump to fight extremism in the U.S. after a shooting at a synagogue.
  10. Ray Irani: chairman and chief executive officer of Ray Investments Ltd. and former CEO of Occidental Petroleum, Irani stepped down as a board member at Wynn Resorts Ltd. following a sexual harassment scandal involving company founder Steve Wynn.
  11. Robert Kraft: owner of the New England Patriots and a longtime Trump supporter.
  12. Richard LeFrak: a billionaire developer and Republican donor, LeFrak appeared in a 2010 episode of Trump’s reality TV show “The Apprentice.”
  13. Randy Levine: the president of the New York Yankees and a longtime supporter of Republican politicians, including Trump.
  14. Kevin McCarthy: a Republican congressman from California, McCarthy is the House Minority Leader and a longtime Trump supporter.

  27. Mark Weinberger: the chairman and CEO of Ernst & Young LLP, Weinberger quit Trump’s business council after the Charlottesville white supremacists rally but later dined with the president.

Milken likes to tell his life story as a smart guy who grew up wanting to be a scientist and lead America in the space race, but after his first year in college the Watts riots happened and it made him rethink his life. After talking with a Black man who told him that he couldn’t get access to capital because he was Black, Milken decided he would dedicate his life to making sure people with ability would have access to capital.
So Milken changed from a science major to finance, went to business school, made $billions on Wall Street all so he could help Black people?
There are plenty of people who in part owe their wealth to Milken and his junk bonds, and these people heap praise on Milken saying he created a lot of wealth in America and helped society tremendously.
The wealth, though, went to those people heaping the praise!
As for the companies Milken financed helping society, it would be difficult to argue that case. The big name companies that were financed by Milken include: CNN, Rupert Murdoch’s empire, Wynn casinos, Mitt Romney’s Bain Capital, etc.
Milken was not helping society, he was helping people on Wall Street get rich.
Government watchdogs are usually too weak to take on the crimes of the super rich, because the government watchdog worker still gets paid whether for not the Wall Street crook gets busted.
There is no incentive to play by the rules.
Milken has done a lot of philanthropic work especially in regards to cancer research with that $2.5 billion he had leftover after getting out of prison, although he hasn’t given away that much money considering his net worth in 2020 is $3.8 billion.
What I find most fascinating about the Milken story is the power of his public relations machine. All the major media outlets cast Milken as a philanthropist and not a criminal.
Another sign of the overwhelming influence of the wealthy on the American zeitgeist.

The Bright Way Forward

Dr. Rick Bright, the ousted director of the federal agency developing a coronavirus vaccine, testified before a House subcommittee today that the Trump administration’s early inaction cost American lives. Bright warned that if the U.S. doesn’t start preparing for a resurgence of the virus now, we’re in for a devastating winter: “Our window of opportunity is closing.”
While Bright was testifying about his removal, we learned of another key coronavirus-response official who was abruptly fired this week.
Shortly before Bright’s testimony began, Trump appeared on Fox Business and once again offhandedly shifted the goalposts for the U.S. death toll, saying “we're gonna lose over 100,000 perhaps.” According to one estimate based on calculations by a Harvard statistician, we already have. The overwhelming majority of those deaths could have been averted, and while Trump tries to change the subject by tweeting all-caps conspiracy theories, the window to save more lives is about to slam shut.

Sen. Richard Burr (R-NC) will step down as chairman of the Senate intelligence committee while the FBI investigates him for insider trading. Burr made a series of huge stock trades days before coronavirus sent markets into a tailspin, just after he received a classified Senate briefing on the pandemic. The FBI served Burr a search warrant and seized his cell phone on Wednesday, marking a major escalation in the investigation. Interestingly, Sen. Kelly Loeffler (R-GA), who also dumped millions of dollars in stock beginning the very day of the briefing, doesn’t seem to be under the same level of federal scrutiny. As head of the Senate intelligence committee, Burr has been on Trump’s blacklist since signing off on a subpoena for Donald Trump, Jr., and conservatives who want to bury the Senate’s forthcoming report on Russian interference in the election have been calling for Burr’s head. Between what we know about Trump’s vindictive tendencies, his penchant for coverups, and his thorough corruption of the Justice Department, it’s worth asking whether Burr is being selectively prosecuted while other insider traders who’ve been more loyal to him get off scot free.

A federal appeals court has ruled that a lawsuit alleging Trump’s for-profit hotels place him in violation of the Constitution's emoluments clauses can proceed. The lawsuit, filed by Maryland and Washington, DC, alleges that the Trump International Hotel has an unfair advantage over competing businesses in the area. Unless the Supreme Court stays the ruling, those attorneys general will have a green light to start gathering evidence directly from the Trump Organization.

The Trump administration has opted not to regulate a rocket-fuel chemical that contaminates water and has been linked to brain damage. For sure, makes sense. Perchlorate is a toxic chemical compound used in rocket fuel that’s been linked to fetal and infant brain damage. The EPA is under court order to establish a safe drinking-water standard for perchlorate by the end of June, but the agency’s administrator Andrew Wheeler has creatively decided, instead, to not do that. The Obama administration announced in 2011 that it planned to regulate the chemical for the first time, but the Defense Department and military contractors fought back hard, and the regulations weren’t finalized. Now the Trump administration plans to simply revoke the EPA’s finding that perchlorate presents serious health risks. Still finding new ways to endanger public health during a botched pandemic, you love to see it.

Republicans on the House Judiciary Committee did their damndest to interrupt the panel’s second impeachment hearing. Like a cat that just realized it’s going to the vet, they’re lashing out with increasing urgency, but without much precision.
Meanwhile, in the implicated clown car:
Despite a flurry of Republican disruptions and tantrums, Democrats took advantage of another opportunity to walk the public through the case for impeachment, and why it’s required by the oath of office all members of Congress take. The Judiciary Committee will likely vote to send articles of impeachment to the full House by the end of the week.

The Justice Department inspector general has concluded the FBI was justified in opening its investigation into ties between Donald Trump’s presidential campaign and Russia. In a 434-page report, Michael Horowitz finds that the FBI had “authorized purpose” when it opened the probe, negating GOP claims that it was motivated by political bias, or that FBI agents had illegally spied on Trump’s campaign. Republicans have apologized and say they will do better in the future. Hahaha, no, they’ve focused on the report’s finding of low-level FBI misconduct, and, in the case of Attorney General William Barr, denied the main findings altogether. Shocking absolutely no one, Trump just lied outright about what the report says. Anyway, the report led to the revelation that Ivanka Trump had met and took a shine to former British intelligence officer Christopher Steele long before he wrote the pee-tape dossier, and that alone is worth its weight in gold.

The Washington Post obtained secret documents revealing that senior U.S. officials lied to the American public about the war in Afghanistan. The 2,000 pages of notes on interviews with 400 people show that U.S. officials intentionally misled the public, making positive pronouncements about the winnability of the war that they knew to be wrong. Douglas Lute, a three-star Army general, told interviewers: “What are we trying to do here? We didn’t have the foggiest notion of what we were undertaking.” Over the course of 18 years during which 2,300 US troops died and 20,589 were wounded, officials repeatedly and knowingly lied about whether the war could be won.

2018.07.01 22:00 autotldr To Trump, Europe is “as bad as China” on trade

This is the best tl;dr I could make, original reduced by 58%. (I'm a bot)
President Donald Trump called the European Union, a longtime American ally, "Possibly just as bad as China" when it comes to trade in an interview with Fox News' Maria Bartiromo in an exclusive interview Sunday morning.
Trump slammed European countries for what he said are unfair trade practices and defended his decision to levy them and other allies with hefty steel and aluminium tariffs.
In 2017, the U.S. ran a $101 billion trade deficit in goods and services with the EU, compared with an approximate $336 billion gap with China.
Bartiromo had asked the president whether the US should team up with its allies to try to counter China's protectionist trade policies, which Trump is currently targeting with $50 billion in tariffs, with more likely to follow.
To Trump, allies are only allies if the money's all square Though it might seem strange to aggressively target the US's major trading partners over slights - perceived or real - it's not the first time the president has taken a transactional approach to America's oldest allies.
If you want to be America's ally, in Trump's book, you better make sure you've paid up - whether that's buying American goods or upping your defense spending.

  • Putting Together the OPM Hack - Pak to Tashkent - YouTube
    • Okay. One of the good things about these things starting to unravel is they give you more clues to other stuff
    • And now I had talked about this OPM thing a long time ago
    • But with Michael McMahon coming into the picture, who is the key FBI guy who ran the OPM
    • All the background checks at OPM
    • Lots of new pictures of the puzzle have come in
    • Plus Brainy blonde has made lots of connections I'm not gonna explain all the connections she's made just yet
    • But I just want to formulate the OPM--the OPM hack
    • I believe that new dawn corporation is the hacking corporation--that's Suriya Begum's corporation along with Imran Awan
    • He goes for all intellectual property Nanoset was a split off
    • Now it's looking like Nanoset was just a split off for the satellite technology that's gonna be the Navy Warfare Center the Navy research lab across the river across the Anacostia that was so lucrative because of all the civil and military applications
    • Sorry about the wind all of a sudden just started
    • Those are the civil and military applications there's a million of them
    • But before that, New Dawn corporation was the general hacking corporation--the general hacking or however you want to say it--infiltration however it was done was for biomedical energetics across the research gamut
    • So it looks like the civil the civil hacking for information satellite and Intelligence briefs on resources
    • The typical things that you CIA used to do with more analysts reports that's going to look like it's going to be going from in 2011
    • It switches over from the Chinese up until then which I would call the Port of Long Beach era and Western ports Seattle and Portland kind of the China era
    • And it shifts now over to the Pakistan era and it gets much more military after 2011 maybe even as far back as 2009
    • So we're looking at connections there the years these I don't want to go into it too much just yet I've got to put a little bit more connections a little more sinew on the bone
    • But it's looking like a if your hand if your right hand was Kazakhstan, that the palm area the big area the five fingers or the would be the "Stans": Pakistan being your thumb probably the largest than Afghanistan, then Uzbekistan and then you're gonna have pterodactylly or whatever that is when you get the extra pinky and that's gonna be I think Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan
    • So there you go now all your stands boom there's your hand with one of them and then you got the five stans right
    • So I'm sorry but that's gonna be turn the hand over and that's turn the hand over like Michigan they do the glove turn the hand over and it's it goes right in between Iran and India
    • So you can remember the two eyes around in India and then the five Stan's going between well
    • Now you don't need to do geography ever again
    • But anyway in the middle of that all in the middle of the hand in the middle right where the ring finger would go is kind of the cultural capital of the Stans
    • And this is all you need to know it's going to be called Tashkent
    • Tashkent, Uzbekistan is going to have that all that same Graham Fuller sociology about the Moghul Empire and the first Islamic empire and it's gonna be the connection point between Iran and India for this new mogul Empire, that's gonna come with this new wave, and we're gonna undo the British Raj...and we're gonna take back everything, and it's going to be this greater Moghul Empire
    • It's sort of like the same kind of thing they say in Turkey Graham Fuller did with rejuvenating the Ottoman Empire
    • They just say different things depending on ....the CIA says different things depending on where they are
    • But anyway it looks like we've identified the operatives now that have been the key people in pushing resources civil--civil resources--civil information to the STANS
    • And this is going to be more for supporting the Frank Giustra mining partners
    • What you're going to be doing here is you're going to get these reports find out where all the gold is find out where the uranium is find out where all the oil is find out where everything is
    • You're gonna go in you're gonna usually get a whole bunch of farmers into a cooperative
    • Then do something--cause a flood whatever they they have to sell and then get the land and then take advantage of it with Giustra partners
    • So it looks like we're unwinding that
    • Part of this is going to be the OPM hack as well part of this is going to be the OPM hack but we haven't identified the civil the civil connection this the military connections we've already identified with NADRA and some of the other space things but we're asked we're
    • Now starting to reach in it's going to looks like it's gonna be this Annandale residents
    • So this is gonna be the Annandale residence
    • And I'm gonna be saying this is going to be Natalia Sova is going to be the connection, but I have don't we don't have that completely yet
    • But the way it looks like is Suriya Begum was kind of doing both of these things until Imran Awan comes in yet in and and gets elevated and then it splits
    • Splits into a military Intelligence gathering network with all the satellite applications for military
    • And then the original one which was more medical and civil applications that hacking network kind of splits in two
    • So we're looking at kind of how that's splitting
    • But we're going to have more I'm kind of the morphology if you will of this spy network as we go
    • But we're just letting right now we have strong indications Tashkent looks like the key the key city key connection to where the civil information is being moved
    • We've got a different connection the Ukrainian connection the NADRA Bank for the military and political military police type applications
    • So I just wanted to put that out there
    • The OPM hack is going to be a key critical piece of this as far as targeting
    • As far as targeting
    • These names are going to be used in targeting different people in the United States
    • And that's all I'm gonna say about that right now
    • Mike McMahan please weigh in on this trestle under some of this for me
    • So who the operatives are six hundred sixty seven thousand people went through without vetting
    • And and what the target list looks like that
    • The target list isn't as big as the 25 million
    • It's chosen there's gonna be a target list chosen from the 25 million
    • And I don't know if that's two to three million or so right
    • Now we're gonna have to look at that
    • But it's looking like there's a derivative list from the OPM hack--that's on a target list
    • Just leave it there right now and we'll develop more as we get more evidence
    • But we're pulling a Annandale putting the Annandale pieces together as well as the obviously the Hawkshead drive location
    • Thanks everybody
    • And thanks Brainy Blonde for being so damn smart
  • Day 309.7 Calling the Navy Yard? - YouTube
    • Oops well the excitement always just keeps getting more exciting here beautiful Silver Spring Maryland
    • We just just report the news you just go move up and down the highway and tell the story of the people
    • So anyway this just happened while I was walking out the door
    • So I'm not really gonna spend much time on it but that's a good dog right there can I see your dog Sasha 8? beautiful. nice okay
    • So anyway here in Silver Spring you didn't be surprised at a 36 year old man living here guy named Shawn Lucas
    • << beep >>
    • We surprised how few footprints you would generate right 36 year old man would be going out to these bars living here good friends at the DNC partying a lot
    • Facebook--have a lot of Facebook, living in Silver Spring,
    • You think hey man I have facebook 36 I mean I'm 56 36 year olds gonna be on Facebook a lot
    • Gonna be a probably a fan of the Washington Capitals
    • Probably a fan of the Nationals baseball team--I don't know maybe the Baltimore Orioles maybe he's more of a fan of the Baltimore Orioles
    • But usually guys that age they go out with their buddies, have drinks there's a lot of lot of stuff going on
    • So that's kind of interesting that's the first thing
    • So this is just collecting some metadata for for our time here at Silver Spring
    • So and then Sligo we're gonna be looking at a place called Sligo, where he had a had an address
    • I got up go early this morning to be honest with you that I had to have a nap and I had to think about all the information I've received today and I've received quite a bit of information
    • And I wanted to be able to say exactly where I thought the the router the--point of presence--was at the Navy Yard for for Imran but I couldn't do it
    • I had so much information in my head I was like I know it's here somewhere
    • It's kind of like that Pony thing it's like I know there's a pony in here somewhere I just got to keep digging
    • So anyway I think I know now
    • I'm gonna be looking at a guy named JASON BRAGG--B R A G G
    • Now Jason Bragg is the helpdesk manager at the "THE MIS DEPARTMENT"
    • Now this may be just for the hack of the DNC in the DCCC there could be another whole connection for the ongoing State Department and the way that the information's getting to the Navy Yard
    • But like I said before that I believe the server--this just me--the server is at the Navy Yard, I believe and I believe the point of presence got to have a way to route to it, right?
    • I believe the point of presence is going to be at TELEPORT DC
    • So teleport DC is where I think a lot of times if you have a secure location you have sort of a firewall you'll notice that the stuff that it was at Imran's house had a firewall they call it TUNNELING
    • So that your - your communication stream is beyond the strength of HTTPS--you want to actually create a secure tunnel much like if we tunneled under here and had super secure tunnel, you want a protocol between these two encryption devices that creates a secure tunnel, that way if anybody ever intercepted it it wouldn't convict all the co-conspirators okay
    • So now this is just for the DNC and DCCC hack
    • I have not found the location of that big kahuna backup server I don't believe
    • But this is just just for the DCCC and DNC I believe it's Jason Bragg
    • The reason why I say Jason Bragg is he's the owner he looks like he's the only management or Mis department employee (give you a little more metadata)
    • It looks like these the only Mis Department employee in Washington DC
    • Again I think if you remember the Chopras--they were living in an apartment they had these two apartments
    • Normally a couple of--almost a thousand people or whatever--you wouldn't have an Mis department--especially since his national security--you wouldn't have an Mis department in somebody's house in Chicago--this is in Washington DC down that way about ten miles or whatever: it doesn't make any sense!
    • Conversely--or by the same token I should say it was one of my dad's favorite phrases--[it] wouldn't make sense to have one guy in DC at the Mis department not at the DNC not at the DCCC he's in an apartment!
    • Now it could be that he just commuted out of that apartment and that's just the way the MIS department did things
    • He telecommuting, but he did live right next to teleport DC, which I believe is the point of presence for the tunnel going into the Navy Yard--a real physical underground tunnel going into the Navy Yard
    • {{ 911bs: Just to explain, I believe G is saying that he lived in DC, worked for DCCC and DNC IN DC, but his internet traffic was going from Navy Yard to CHICAGO! tunnelled to a laughably generic-sounding company called "THE MIS DEPARTMENT", which is in some rando apartment }}
    • The address is going to be 1 1 0 0 southeast 1st Street, I think it's just between L and M Street, just in front of the Navy Yard
    • And the reason why I believe it's at Teleport DC is: a lot of stuff is going to be coming in to Teleport DC, and you need something on the other side of the firewall when you when you set these things up you have what they call a DMZ or demilitarized zone
    • You have a dirty side of the firewall, where all kinds of unclean traffic or an unknown traffic on public side of the firewall
    • And then you have your clean side of the firewall, which is going to be your secure side or your secure side your unsecured side
    • And then there's a DMZ where sometimes you have servers that are taking intermediate data before it gets moved on to the
    • That space in between -- remember that song that Dave Matthews had space between? The DMZ is that space between
    • So I'm not saying for absolute certain that Jason Bragg at the help desk at the MIS department was Hillary's Navy spy
    • And I'm not saying she recruits a whole bunch of Navy kids as her spies that then go and infiltrate other organizations after they leave the Navy or Marines
    • I'm not saying that I'm just saying that I believe Jason's apartment is
    • And the fact that the MIS Department is not at the DNC is suspect
    • It's very close to teleport DC
    • and it's in a perfect position to be a front or a front end for the unsecure side of a firewall going into the secure side at the Navy Yard
    • So I'll just leave it there
    • But again I'm in Silver Spring and I didn't figure that out until I got up here
    • With the help of brainy blonde thank you very much
    • So that's all that I'm going no no no no you don't understand day two This is Day two folks
    • Day two
    • I did have a non-alcoholic beer lat - two non-alcoholic st. pauli beers last night
    • So I'm doing very well day to clean itself whistle
    • And I'll let everybody go at that
    • Jason BRAGG you can look him up
    • Now there's another Jason brag that look works for a very large hedge fund in Chicago
    • So I'm seeing if that is there's any connection there at all
    • Pakistani guy he works for I think I'm going by memory Parek I need pie rack or something like that
    • But I'll get that later I'll develop that out later but yeah Jason Bragg the interesting guy just seems to be
    • I've tried to contact him many times just doesn't it
    • I don't know if they shut down after the DNC which would make sense the MIS department would shut down
    • But what if the Chopra's discovered Jason Bragg was a Navy kid--one of Hillary's Navy kids and that they were being spied on
    • What would they do?
    • Well I'll leave everyone to
    • I'll look at the comments that's just the thoughts for this evening
    • Just found it interesting that this very small company Mis Department
    • First of all was the MIS Department for the DNC
    • Second of all it was two apartments in Chicago
    • Third of all they have a third apartment in Washington DC, down by the Navy Yard, but not at the DNC on the toward downtown
    • Just odd and Jason Bragg just seems to be like one of those Navy kids
    • So that's it for tonight
  • Day 310.1 Motion For Change of Venue in Awan Case - YouTube
    • Okay. good morning This is Day 310
    • Here in Silver Spring I wish I was down at three three three Constitution right
    • Now walking around the Prettyman courtroom
    • So that it would be more dramatic in the sense of the motion to for removal that I'm gonna file tomorrow
    • The motion for change of venue and basically the argument is very simple
    • I put the tweet out there you can read the read the document
    • The motion for removal of the case my argument is very simple--that this is not a simple case--this is not a simple bank fraud and conspiracy case
    • This is the House of Representatives and the people of the United States case
    • You cannot separate a fraud on the representatives and the members of the house of the United States and the business of the people of the United States by definition by definition the representatives of the house of of Congress represent us
    • we have standing
    • The people of the United States have standing in this case, by using only a small piece of Imran's transgressions, almost amounts to a deliberate act
    • That is not the argument I made--a deliberate act for suppressing the case
    • The argument I made is this we the people have a right to intervene in this case, because our interests are not being attended to
    • You can read the motion I wrote this morning
    • Basically two simple to simple grounds
    • 1) first is the prosecution is unavoidably unavoidably has a conflict of interest here, with the US attorney being Steve Wasserman, and then the prosecution is further clouded the case by making Mirando--the attorney Mirando involved with the cloudy relationship with Joanna Wasserman--this is a employer Debbie Wasserman is the employer of the defendant!
    • That is a clear conflict of interest
    • 2) second piece is prosecution has not reasonably pursued the evidence in the case.
    • A great deal of evidence exists in the case the prosecution has decided for whatever reason to suppress from the judge
    • There is a Congressional report which describes the defendants burglary of 20 members of Congress
    • For some reason the prosecution has denied that to the court that's fundamental
    • For some reason the prosecution has denied the letters of Congress Louie Gohmer's comments to the Congress about the one spy ring, and also letter a Senator Grassley's letter of his concern
    • They denied or suppressed the FBI's letter Mike McMahon's letter about vetting.
    • They've suppressed all the news and articles that have been written about the once they've suppress the process of Justice
    • They've suppressed the people's ability by not being able to see a mug shot--to see what other victims there may be in the case through Imran Awan's use of a false name that's why you produce mug shots
    • So that if criminal is using a false name other other individuals can come forward who have been wronged
    • None of the homes have been mentioned by the prosecution the multiple homes
    • The multiple mortgages that Imran Awan took out of the Hawkshead home have not been mentioned
    • The purchase of 120 or 150 different iPhones for an office of six people through CDW through personal delivery to his house was not mentioned
    • That report has been suppressed
    • So I mentioned all those things you can go out and read it
    • I'm not going to add a whole bunch of litany a laundry list it's a short document--three pages
    • Really makes the point of two things unavoidable unavoidable conflict-of-interest, and gross negligence--gross negligence not making available reports that exist the Congressional report, the 20 burglaries which exists, and also the news articles which exist, reports to Congress that have been written by members of Congress that exists, reports of people that had FBI that exist that have been suppressed
    • None of these things have been mentioned as well as paper document records of illegal activity
    • And finally I added my personal visit and personal testimony of Andre Taggart, who testified that there was equipment--after you once were barred from the Congressional Network, at the home of Imran Awan, when he was not the renter of that facility that home
    • The fact that he did call the FBI the fact that NCIS was called in and there was a report available
    • Why would that report be suppressed in this from this judge?
    • So in all very simply gross negligence and an unavoidable unavoidable conflict-of-interest
    • So you can go out and read it I'm going to the ex home of Mr. Shawn Lucas right now
    • Sligo Boulevard
    • And I'll let what I come up with
  • Day 310.2 At Apartment of Shawn Lucas - YouTube
    • Okay. hey everybody I am at the home or the apartment of Shawn Lucas
    • Now everybody says well why are you going to Shawn Lucas's apartment clearly he died down on DuPont Center 19th Street down on Dupont Circle down on CIA row
    • Clearly you don't understand that his girlfriend's name was Savannah
    • You don't understand that he moved from 614 Sligo here
    • (good morning)
    • You don't seem to understand he committed suicide with four different types of fentanyl and all this other stuff in his system
    • You seem to be purporting a conspiracy theory
    • Well let's break that down for a second okay
    • So as I do that I'm going to just say that there's no supervisor here there's the summit management services but there's no supervisor listed
    • So and I I dialed a couple of numbers but didn't get through let's break this down let's walk around a little bit and get collect some metadata as well
    • With Smith-Mundt Modernization it's called modernization as the DoD I can do whatever I want right
    • Now we've already determined that mike mullen admiral mike mullen right is in conversation in WikiLeaks with akane from Pakistan right they're going back and forth back and forth HH 2 MM hours hours to minutes minutes you could just search for h h and mm in WikiLeaks to see this discussion
    • Now later on it turns out that some intermediary with the same exact initials h h it wasn't really Haqqani but it was a pack of standing intermediary was in those discussions and they weren't talking about trade rights to Washington Navy Yard and how they were going to ship drugs all over the world
    • I'm sure that's not what they were talking about
    • But we know the Department of Defense we know the Department of Defense has run operations before called narco-terrorism
    • We need to sell narcotics theater in order to support terrorists worldwide
    • That was Iran-Contra--we need to do that we started that in Afghanistan as a matter of fact we started in Pakistan with the Pashtun in Pakistan
    • So it's not like there isn't a precedent in the exact country we're talking about the exact country we're talking about!
    • We have Graham Fuller's work in central asia to look back on we have all the legacy of DOD with Gladio in Europe and Gladio B in Central Asia
    • So this isn't speculation we're not speculating here this is matter of public record you can read devil's chessboard or read it any of the other tomes that have been written about the CIA
    • Peter Dale Scott
    • In the hand of their own directors of the CIA the CD is the directors of Central Intelligence okay
    • So this isn't speculation I'll do collects a little bit more it really isn't a lot there is looks like a convenience store down there then I'm gonna visit
    • I'm figured a guy 36 is gonna want some beer every once in a while want to watch the football every once in a while
    • There's another convenience store if you look this way right over here okay
    • So I'm gonna get on public property now but now I'm gonna stand this high purchase till somebody throws me off
    • So we're not talking about something that the DoD has never done before as a matter of fact let's just call them the wrong Contras because that's what they are these narco terrorist deals
    • We've seen this over and over again in Syria with Isis we've seen this with that seventh emirates where the brother of the emirate who's now running the country says this has become a cesspool of arms and drugs trade this RAK this RAC
    • I almost went into this blessed aisle this plot this england but this RAK would have a different speech I think
    • This Emerald Isle it might have been this uranium Isle this this mess it plot not this blessed plot this this RAK
    • This RAK of iniquity this RAK of iniquity
    • But anyway we've proven that the in the own testimony of the brother the brother who runs the RAK that has become a cesspool
    • We've seen Dilyana now with dark weapons trade get fired just recently from her news organization for reporting the truth, with documentary evidence, documentary evidence
    • But these black weapons trades are happening now to support narco-terrorism that we're there to the brother the brother is saying we are directly supplying arms to terrorists and using narcotics to pay for it
    • This is not something I'm speculating 25 years ago
    • This is the brother as of the days before he was murdered okay
    • So this isn't speculation we now have all these documents from Dilyana's Silk Way Airlines
    • We now have all these documents about purple shovel in Virginia with the dark uranium trade the depleted European uranium trade we have the white phosphorus trade in Florida right
    • So this isn't speculation this is profuse profuse documentation
    • Bills of lading bills of lading from here to there. This port to that port port of Jeddah etc
    • So we don't need to belabor that point anymore but all I want to say is okay
    • So we're we've clearly established that there are Iran-Contras as a matter-of-fact it's just not one Iran-Contra
    • It's from Iran Contra I'll just call them "Contras" from now on, because that's our idea of providing a countervailing force against the current administrations of regimes we don't like
    • Matter-of-fact sometimes we support both the regimes we like or don't like
    • And the Contras so the DoD says contra one contra two contra 3 contra however many 140--I don't know how many the DoD's got going... that allows us to deal drugs all over the world
    • Right through national security--national security national security
    • And anyone who gets in the way of that is a target anyone who gets in a way is a target okay
    • So we need to put in place in our Congress in the Senate and the House of Representatives the people who will vote the way we want to we want people to vote
    • For the NDAA 97 to 1
    • If somebody like Tulsi Gabbard comes out and says we shouldn't support terrorism we shouldn't give weapons to terrorism we need to crush that person!
    • Because that's exactly what we do in 140 different countries--we need to crush that person
    • What do they vote against there 97 to 3? 97 to 1?
    • All right do it because they voted for it
    • Now anybody who living here normal guy normal guy, right here working as a process server
    • Just the last guy the last mile in in a process to ensure that the American people have one shred or scintilla of say, in their government, and who represents them at the DNC, that they can elect the Berniecrat that they want, or they can elect a presidential candidate that they want...
    • If he walks in and says I'm here as the last guy I'm just the last guy I'm just a delivery guy here and I'm presenting you with a lawsuit
    • That says that the people's interest in their ability to elect their leaders shall be protected
    • That's what the lawsuit is all about
    • Jared Beck hired that process server, just just dismissed just dismissed out of hand
    • We found and the ruling of the court?
    • W e found fraud but we can't test for it
    • It's like it's like an exterminator saying hey I found a whole bunch of rats down here in your basement but I don't know how to test for it
    • Well how the hell did you find the rats in the first place?
    • The argument was totally specious
    • Jared should immediately appeal this ruling it's crazy! nuts appeal!
    • And we should go back to re-examining any time this happens any time there's a suspicious death on Dupont Circle 19th in CIA fun house, we should have a reporter go back at least one at least one go back and retrace his steps and find out about him a little bit
    • Ask him about over here did he ever come over here to have beer?
    • Did you ever go down there and get beer?
    • Which is exactly what I'm gonna do?
    • Did he ever go down that cleaners? Apparently had to wear a nice shirt right the day he went into the DNC
    • Because I don't trust anything the DoD says
    • Why would you?
    • Look at their history! Look at the history--with Seth Rich, Berkmans: fake scenery
    • Baughman: fake scenery
    • And Seth Rich I don't know looks like fake scenery to me
    • Doesn't have any supporting metadata why would you believe any of that what basis do you have to believe any of that none there's nothing there's no metadata whatsoever that's been produced ok
    • So right now I'm gonna go over show this guy John's picture
    • I'm gonna show that guy the shot guys Shawn Shawn's picture there has to be at least one person out there that asks these questions
    • With Smith-Mundt modernization because Smith Mont modernization means I can go to get a guy like Donnie O'Sullivan a stooge for the DoD
    • And I can go put a plant I can do as the FBI I can electronically hunt you down I can electronically hunt you down right we saw that I can create false probable cause
    • I can arrest you for no reason, falsely imprison you, right, but then then the Tapper is I can get the New York Times and CNN to destroy your reputation with no recourse!
    • With Smith-Mundt Modernization--you voted for it!
    • Well what here's to lost causes
    • Lost causes are the only ones worth fighting for
    • I still have my free speech I'm gonna go over and exercise it, and I'm gonna exercise it here and following the last steps of Shawn Lucas
    • Because I think if somebody doesn't we're gonna fall prey to Smith-Mundt over and over and over again
    • And I think we already are I think we already are when the little street flooding turns into well nevermind
    • Sugar Land Sugar Land flood
    • This is the Sugar Land flood wiped those streets cleanse of the Sugar Land evidence
    • Talk to you soon everybody
    • Oh yeah and another one thing about the fake case that Wasserman's
    • Our Steve Wasserman has put together US attorneys put together through Mirando Mirando the lead US attorney is
    • They've taken a large case a large case and they deliberately what created what I call a corner case
    • They've taken a very small corner of the case, which is the fraud, against the bank fraud against the Congressional Credit Union where you where most people don't have standing
    • They take in this corner case and they think ok we're gonna end up dismissing this on a Labor Day weekend, we're gonna slide it through on a Labor Day weekend the Friday afternoon everybody's going on Labor Day weekend
    • So there won't be any press there
    • We're gonna take a corner case where nobody has standing
    • NO your honor no your honor--this is a deliberate attempt--this is a conspiratorial attempt to take a deliberately small piece of the case, and dismiss it on technical grounds
    • Where on the grounds of standing: no
    • This is a case for the American people American people have a right to say how their representatives are elected and they have a right to protect that the representatives are by definition carrying out the business of the people United States
    • Every person every person in this place, every person in that place every person in that place every person there, has a right in how the business of the Congress is conducted
    • Because they are the representatives of the people of the United States of America
    • So we're gonna present that corner case I
    • I also left out dill Jana and the whole threats for kidnapping I left that out of the original complaint
    • So I'm gonna add that
    • We're gonna add exhibits obviously as we go
    • I'm gonna add links to the articles
    • So the document if you want to add links to the back of the document please don't edit the text of the document
    • In case there's a Smith Mundt operation out there we've already safeguarded this document in several different places
    • So if any attempts to destroy the document will be perceived as a Smith-Mundt activity and go ahead and put links at the back of the document and at least the links for for the CDW link, where he was taking 150 phone order for office of six people
    • Imran was that's awfully nice
    • Each person gets what out of that 21 phones something like that
    • Anyway those key documents for those key places where the judge should not be blinded
    • Somebody said the Earl of Glouster was blinded and King Lear was blinded
    • And I don't remember that I thought it was a metaphorical blinding I thought the Earl of Gloucester and the King Lear had kids that were some bad and some good
    • And they were metaphorically blinded between being able to differentiate between the good and the bad
    • Well I'm not metaphorically blinded
    • I know Shawn Lucas was a good person
    • And I know the deal that Mike Mullen was cooking up with Haqqani wasn't a good person
    • And I still have that power of discernment okay
    • So I get to use King Lear as my Shakespeare reference this morning
    • Don't be metaphorically blinded to Smith-Mundt
  • Day 310.3. Editing With Legal Eagles - YouTube
    • Hey everybody day 310
    • What a day
    • This morning I spent writing a brief on change of venue, and I don't had it done by about 8:30 or 9:00, and then by 10 o'clock had it posted
    • (hey everybody)
    • And by 12 o'clock it had been totally well by 10:00 I had had 30 or 40 different people editing it in a positive way
    • And then by 12:30 it was completely destroyed
    • So all the changes even with everything done completely completely destroyed

    • So but still a good thing because it was seen by a lot of people the document was seen by a lot of people the and the rationale was the most important thing for the people of the United States to understand that they have a have a dog in this fight
    • They have standing in any national and any question of national security every Human being every person has a has a dog in the fight has standing you have a right to protect your country and the secrets it has economic from economic espionage as well as obviously military espionage
    • So those are the two key principles that I think we're established fairly clearly it turns out that when you when you go to change venue when you go to move venue it becomes difficult here in Washington DC to find a friendly course we looked all up and down the west coast looked into the Midwest looked in all of these different places and really you have to go to Ohio from here which I love the fact of going for Ohio but I just can't when M Ron and company were all in Virginia there's just not much point of not much rationale for changing the venue to Ohio
    • So we dropped the change of venue
    • And then it became a question of Okay. well do we want to file an amicus brief--a friendly filing of the court--or do we want to do something a little bit more intervening where we feel like there was a dereliction of duty on the part of the prosecutors
    • There was a conflict of interest thing I mentioned this morning, but with the kind of it's Steve Wasserman being one of a number of attorneys in the DC district court, there's kind of a tenuous
    • Even though he kind of poisoned the well a little bit by saying how innocent she was, and kind of poisoned the court as far as poison the DOJ there's a staff of 350 lawyers
    • So there is a case to be made that I don't think he got to every lawyer
    • And Mirandos are the the lead attorney wife being Wasserman and no one was able to establish a firm connection to the defendants' employer, defendant's employer is Debbie Wasserman-Schultz obviously
    • So that probably has gone away but what has gotten stronger is this case of espionage and especially economic espionage
    • And I can't go into a lot of the details of things that have come forward
    • But I think you saw Jason Chaffetz with Maria Bartiromo talking about monitoring that occurred between this country and Pakistan
    • I think there was obviously a interception of Hina Alvi when she went to Pakistan briefly, during her March trip
    • I think it was clear that the Imran Awan and Hina Alvi were cleaning out the bank accounts
    • They were cleaning out selling all the homes
    • They were cleaning out the bank accounts
    • They're selling the cars
    • They were cleaning out all the thumb drives and all the computers with the information
    • (and you're from France Okay. okay let's I'm sorry I'm Okay. well I don't want to torture everybody with my poor French accent mom mom phone CSU it it's by MoBay but I'll try and speak a little French every once in a while until some tells me please stop---du ne pas parler français)
    • (So hey oh by the way day three and I met again with my sponsor today so that's good that's going very well lemonade is taste great I love the taste eliminate of limonade)
    • So anyway this whole afternoon every ever since 12:30 I finally took a break and said guys I can't do this anymore I was with a legal journalist and a well-known lawyer here in DC
    • So the attention is turning now toward these people that are on these Congressional staffs that are just now coming into the picture maybe they're freshmen or sophomore Congressman that are taking over these previous twenty blackberry 20s and now are just realizing that oh my goodness the this thing is this could be my career
    • I could be getting left holding the bag here on this thing and so that's that's really what changed today
    • I think people when when you're playing this game of it's sort of like "ker-plop"--I guess where each person involved in the BlackBerry 20 now has a little straw and they're pulling it out, saying well, this will show me that (yeah there's a cutie dogs.. hard for me not to you saw him go this way)
    • They don't want to be looked at as traitors by the Android Weiner's of the world or Morton whatever is real name is
    • The but then they also they want to give enough to the FBI that says they're participating
    • So you have to give something more than a lunch menu
    • And something people are giving something less than the full the full deal
    • This isn't too exciting this Police District Columbia police station here Harbor Patrol
    • I don't know if you see the Washington Monument way in the distance up by the Navy Yard that way just for obviously west sunset here
    • But that's going down to Fort Washington and our bridge our famous bridge at oxen Hill the casino, and our Virginia over there
    • Maryland over here
    • And our famous McDuff down there
    • And every time I come down here I feel I feel that presence of McDuff inspiring this investigation
    • McDuff: if you don't remember him he was the FBI guy who Kennedy hired, to clean up (thank you) to clean up the FBI
    • Clean up the CIA and he was kind of charged with investigating and doing the background checking on the first paperclip guys--the paperclip Nazis
    • Which reminds me so much of Mike McMahan doing the OPM and spilling the beans on the OPM hack
    • And that whole situation I've had so many people I just did one quick piece on that I've had so many people come forward and say oh my gosh I got affected by the OPM hack everything ever since the OPM hack boom boom boom boom boom all these things have happened
    • And I had no idea that the just that one show on the OPM hack would have that kind of impact
    • So I really appreciate it and I like I saw somebody said I like the drunk George better
    • Joey's Cleaning Lady I think

2017.08.13 23:01 911bodysnatchers322 Transcript of George Webb Video Series Part 94: "Hillary's Leakers, Hackers, and Henchmen" [@Georgwebb / #HRCRatlne]

⏳⚖ Past Transcripts ⏳⚖
  • Day 289 Awan Brothers Sunday Summary
    • Hey everybody hey scrunchies got a new shirt today ask me about smashed hard drives
    • Also asked me about Blackberries the mainstream media managed to ask me about hard drives and that started a whole series of events lots of reporting but we haven't quite asked about Blackberries yet we have asked about a one brother
    • So that's it's really taking off the Twitter is exploding
    • You've noticed I got mister "A Goodman" Center in the background not Jason Goodman not H A Goodman, not Amy Goodman different Goodman at the Fashion Institute of Technology
    • Tony's toys Tony's toys what are Tony's toys used for well we won't talk about that right
    • Now but we will say where we are we'll geolocate here really quickly
    • It's 27th and 7th we're gonna take a walk
    • We're gonna take a walk up to Fox News because they should be starting their shows this morning
    • And we can review all of our stuff this <>
    • We're back
    • Always the signal goes out here when I go by roller bomb the roller bomb store it always seems to go out on 27th Street right here at the roller bomb
    • Roller bombing is is not really nice you shouldn't come to New York and roller bomb
    • If you're an Egyptian moist mo is...I add the T
    • So it's easier to remember that's the Egyptian oh I'm sorry that's the Iranian services
    • Gosh I forgot what the Egyptian Intelligence services call themselves GB I D I think {{ GIDDY/GIDi bombers - GID General Intelligence Directorate }}
    • I can't remember anyway here's where the pilots may have stayed and there's where they put the bomb over there
    • We won't go there though everybody's tired of that story
    • Of course around the street is where we have--thanks Pete for advertising the stream--Pete's uh gate topic I avoid
    • Anyway I guess I can't take things totally stream-of-consciousness because I'll never finish the show
    • Restart somebody says restart ok all right let's see all these cars if your Alpha Jalloh and your Andrew McCabe all these cars are important to you because they represent rolling inventory
    • It's a matter of national security get for the West Indian gangs here kind of like West Side Story fast-forward 40 years with Alfa Jalloh to take these cars put them on containers send them on or drive them down to Washington and sell them put them on trains down to Sanford moving through the port of canaveral port Jacksonville Port of Tampa because Isis needs cars too
    • I published this morning a bill of lading from thing called gov tribe
    • Which is a summary of all the contracts that the government does for with different agencies
    • I was absolutely shocked at the number of contracts just for Cameroon they're a West African nation
    • Just for Cameroon it's hundreds and hundreds and hundreds contracts I was trying to go through them all I couldn't
    • But then of course when we didn't have enough when Alpha Jalloh was falling down on the job and not getting enough cars up the street here in New York this is hard holding up and walking for long distance lookit
    • Look at are we still have landlines here in New York
    • Still call your CrowdStrike
    • You can still call Yarid Tamin the FBI if you're Adrian Hawkins you can still call the DNC and the DCCC when they're getting hacked
    • Sorry about that oops I'm covering the camera
    • So you can still call--there's probably other pipes are kind of sorry you can't get through
    • You can get through to Debbie wasserman-schultz I'm sure or you could get
    • They used a Republican Congressman's phone Debbie wasserman-schultz--they're theorizing--they used the Republican Congressman's phone to call the backs down in in Florida with the weird voice analyzer changer thing threatening thing
    • I think that's that's an odd use of Congressional resources of course that wouldn't be anything new
    • I published another thing this morning on Twitter about em runs affordable homes as a company called
    • He has a lot of different mortgage companies
    • But affordable homes and I said you can rest assured that the homes are affordable with Imran Awan
    • With his connections and the Congressional credit union to Cynthia Martin and Kabidi Girl hidden royalty hidden royalty right here in America that's the in Washington Post title not mine hidden hidden royalty hey scratch
    • So scrunchies are out early today in New York
    • So yeah hidden royalty approving hidden royalty approving Congressional loans I guess that's one of the things you do if you're royalty is you prove Congressional loans and the credit union in another country that's like right before trooping the colour and right after visiting an orphanage or I can't remember how the Royal schedule works but I know you have to approve some Congressional loans probably good to improve the loans on the same house over and over just for increasing amounts that way keeps your work down reduces your work flow let me change hands I'll take a few questions for the Sunday summary it's kind of exciting Sunday summary call your Congressman Okay. I can't do that right
    • Now I'm using phone alright if I walk and and do comments at the same time I'm sure I'll probably run into a fault
    • So anyway we're gonna do a show called bye-bye Braverman
    • Now why bye-bye Braverman most people don't even remember George Segal George seat was kind of a song-and-dance man in the when I grew up in 70s early 6th and 60s really and he did a lot of good that George Segal trying to think if she did can't think of any movies who did right
    • Now other than bye-bye Braverman anyway bye-bye Braverman relates to aircraft because everybody thinks well is that it for Braverman
    • Now that we saw him in Oxford
    • Now that Jason Goodman didn't get the interview and no matter of fact bravin's back in the news
    • So it turns out that he did get immunity we
    • Now know he did get immunity which is what I thought which is what I thought which caused the whole ruckus at the DNC a year later but what I didn't know and what I had confirmed from an extremely high-level source here in New York think about think about places that would produce a publication here in New York and think about somebody who would have an office way at the top
    • So that's a hint
    • So anyway bye-bye Braverman it's not vibe I like bye-bye he's not in the story anymore it's by like when you go to the NCAA tournament and get a bye you don't get prosecuted and he had what's called use immunity which means a one-time immunity use immunity I thought he just had blanket immunity but I'm not true another word last night I learned for blanket immunity this is what the FBI guys all give each other in Richmond club of the FBI counterterrorism enrichment Club use immunity is like Okay. you help us
    • Now and anything goes wrong with your testimony coaching you're in the clink the other word for blanket immunity its transaction hey scrunchie the other the other word for blanket immunity is transactional immunity
    • Now Bravermans somewhere around here hey scratch right around here somewhere
    • So we're if anybody sees him excuse me folks anybody sees Braverman flag flag him down I'll go over and talk with him she's got to be here somewhere I have good authority that mr. Braverman mate be in New York right
    • Now may not doesn't really matter it just be interesting because this rumor surfaced I won't say exactly when she's ill give away the source excuse me everybody
    • Now I have
    • Now I have a wardrobe malfunction but remember tie or loose ends Clinton Foundation tie your loose ends Tiger loose ends Clinton Foundation because here's why if Eric Braverman just was in New York or recently in New York and received a third by a third by recently that means that the FBI case is not done that means New York FBI is on the case it doesn't mean grand jury yet I think sessions is still holding that up it doesn't mean DOJ is involved but it does mean that mr. Braverman may be in New York and he may be getting deposed and I know what that's all about you try to save the country and try to warn the country the same thing the Senator from South Carolina tried to warn the country up especially the port of Charleston well I'm not sure they threw Lindsey Graham in jail but anyway I guess only he can do that I guess nobody else I they had this ad campaign called if you see something say something here's a little shot here where the Macy's Day Parade is
    • So it's kind of a fun
    • So what a good thing about this investigation if it gets boring you can just look at all the stuff behind me I'm sure it does get boring in fact it's just walking the Fox
    • So yeah bye-bye Braverman
    • So this would be the third by a third by this is the third time he's gotten community that really changes my perspective that really changes everything I've been thinking because it means
    • Now there's some kind of cover they've taken some of the streets and made them sitting areas here on 33rd Street this is actually 34th 35th

2017.07.02 21:40 911bodysnatchers322 Transcript of George Webb Video Series Part 81: "Hillary's Leakers, Hackers, and Henchmen" [@Georgwebb / #HRCRatlne]

Part 71 [Part 72] [Part 73] [Part 74] [Part 75] [Part 76] [Part 77] [Part 78] [Part 79] [Part 80]
  • Day 244.5. Hillary's Leakers Hackers and Henchmen
    • Okay. This is day 244 here in beautiful Bozeman part6
    • You can see the mountains in all directions really quite beautiful you can just beautiful Bowl that we're in here in Bozeman
    • So a couple of things Trish and Jason are dogged reporters over in London right now, working on all the leads they can, and especially all the WikiLeaks leads
    • And one of the things they had a chance to do was go to the Bureau of Investigative Reporting
    • The Bureau of Investigative Reporting was that organization that Gavin McFadden had
    • Gavin McFadden being the founder of WikiLeaks that died on the 23rd of September
    • Basically that's what started this series when Gavin McFadden died
    • That's also the next day is when Braverman may or may not have made a run toward the Russian consulate in New York
    • So so the Bureau of Investigative Reporting since scab McFadden has died is now defunct
    • So we'd like to hear from anybody who had ever gone there as a student
    • Because they would do the summer school type of thing
    • Those are a lot of those key people were were the funders of information coming back to WikiLeaks
    • So we'd like to anybody who was at the Bureau of Investigative Reporting in London, or anybody who had contributed, or it just anything that you can comment would be interesting
    • It's now the National Union of Journalists
    • So the National Union of Journalists we're also looking for people there
    • Trish and Jason going to be there one more day
    • We'd love to meet from somebody from who was at the Bureau of investigative journalists or is currently at the National Union of Journalists, because we'd like to make this a transcontinental effort between the two countries
    • We also were the law firm of Daughty and Chambers.
    • Daughty and Chambers was John Jones's law firm
    • So Daughty in Chambers is literally a five minute walk between Gavin McFadden's Bureau of Investigative journalists and Daughty and Chambers that's how close they were those those two places in London
    • So anybody who has any information about Daughty and Chambers that's D A U G H T Y
    • So let's make the last day that Trish and Jason have in London is productive as possible
    • With as much information as we can to try to engage journalists
    • RT UK Sputnik UK
    • Any of the Daily Mail whatever
    • Just BBC will try them all
    • Trying to create engagement
    • So that Trish and Jason can make the most out of their last day in London
  • Day 244.6. Hillary's Leakers Hackers and Henchmen
    • Okay. This is day 244 part 6. Here we are I'm here with Lukas Canning
    • You probably all recognize him as a very famous journalism in S. Florida
    • Lukas: I've already been deleted off of Youtube for first time so I feel honored
    • G: We did a spot this morning and they deleted Lukas Canning that's my drama
    • Lukas: What did I do man? I didn't do anything yet. At least somebody commit a crime before you, you know make me
    • G: So Lukas this morning, committed to going and seeing kind of walking the last steps /yep/ of three lawyers that were murdered.
    • Which isn't, you know this isn't like me going to a triple murder house.
    • This is him going to actually three different murder scenes right and walking the last steps of those three people
    • And you live in
    • Lukas: Miami Beach South Beach the heart of it
    • G: And you live at Debbie Wasserman Schultz's
    • Lukas: ...district. Yes I do.
    • G: And you also committed this morning to going and talking to Jarrod Beck.
    • Lukas: I did yes yeah I'm happy to do that
    • G: And you know his partner also got threatened as well
    • Lukas: Really? I didn't know that.
    • G: His partner was threatened and his murder was like this murder was started in[sic] his wife is the one who Alisa or Alicia Alicia Becca threatened as well
    • Lukas: how so
    • G: They got a phone call the weird controller phone call
    • So Lukas is a normally a guy a mild-mannered radiation aviation expert
    • Lukas: Down in South Florida
    • G: But he's also going to kind of take that story and run with it for us, and looking forward to the last steps of Bernie Wiseant
    • Lukas: Absolutely
    • G: And you mentioned you knew the Jewish guy or he was close a Jewish guy that was murdered?
    • Lukas: Yeah I lived in the same neighborhood the he did. And he joined a I can't remember the name of it but there's a Jewish Community Center right there on 12th Street in Miami Beach that I walk past almost every day.
    • And then in the Miami Herald, there was a story that basically said that was where he went all of the time, and then one day he was dead.
    • And it really hit home when I realized that a place that I see every day was the sight of somebody that got murdered
    • So this really went from one level to another level, when I started walking past the place wehre now people in my own community that have lost someone dear to their heart because of this conspiracy
    • G: Ok. So remember that name Lukas Canning
    • Watch your your local YouTube channel
    • Lukas Canning
    • Lukas: I wear your pajamas George
    • G: Don't say that! Oh shit DEFANGO.
    • Lukas: Hi Defango! Love you!
    • {{ 911bs: We are a fan of Lukas. You need Lukas Canning on more }}
  • Day 244.7 Hillary's Leakers Hackers and Henchmen
    • Okay. Day 244 this is part six
    • From beautiful Bozeman Montana the Red Pill Expo
    • The big takeaway from the conference was people don't want to be lied to
    • Talking to people here on the street homeless people all the way up to Kings and everyone in between all social classes all political spectrum-- people don't want to be lied to
    • So they want to go to a channel there is I'm surprised at how many people here just think CNN is a joke
    • And they are looking for different YouTube folks that are working to try to bring truth to people
    • And everyone unfortunately on YouTube has a slice
    • We all have a slice of the pie we all have our faults
    • We have our places where we we don't get the story exactly right
    • We have to improve it and correct it the next day
    • {{ 911bs -- Girls photobomb / oogle George }} => "Thanks for adding something my video, you know it's a good thing"
    • (It's always nice to have pretty girls in your video)
    • So that's really what I see over and over and I'm really happy to have met so many people that watch my channel today
    • And can come up to me and say hey I really like your stuff but you need to do this or you need to do that or you need to cover this or I wish you would have gone more in-depth on that or why did you go down so far down that rat hole
    • And that's the big thing I got today it took me 35 45 days to do a Midwest loop to meet people that were contributors
    • And then an East Coast loop then I did another East Coast loop that may actually have been a three-month process actually in a 90 day process
    • I got all that in one day today
    • That was the great thing about Red Pill I got it all in one day all the feedback, which is here's what we think
    • And here's what we don't like and here's what we do like and and that was the excellent thing about red pill red pill is just really a code word for open-mindedness
    • Being open to truth and being open to open source investigation and being open to a crowd-sourced approach
    • Versus the CNN here's a school play here it is coming at you we're going to repeat it incessantly until you believe it
    • And I really do think something has changed
    • Even even three or four years ago if you just said paperclip
    • No one would have known what you're talking about--now everybody's like oh yeah paperclip
    • They took over NASA they took over Lockheed they killed a lot of their competitors yeah we know all about that that's that's so boring
    • {{ 911bs: in no small part thanks to /conspiracy and related subs like calzonegate on REDDIT, which George seems to like to not mention ever....(truthfully it's gone downhill but will always have a special place in my heart }}
    • So the the level of cognizance I guess is what I'm saying has improved
    • So greatly and the demand in the bar for truth and and for research has risen so high with these crowdsource endeavors, where there's just such a collection of experts coming together and creating such a high bar for news
    • It's a very encouraging thing, and this is just one channel there's lots and lots of different channels
    • I will say one thing I believe in meeting with so many people today that the public is just exhausted with war they're exhausted with this surveillance the pervasive surveillance, and they're exhausted with being targeted
    • They don't want all their kids to die from opiate targeting
    • They don't want all their grandfathers and grandmothers to die from targeting
    • They don't want all these folks that arehave these militant backgrounds being brought into the country and then targeting them
    • They're just they're just sick of it
    • And that's the one thing that really came across today for me is that people are just are done with it
    • And they're going to they're going to they're going to respond and they're going to react and in an organized, thoughtful way, and not in a violent way
    • So I'll get my Richard the second quote out of the way which is "this rash fierce blaze of riot shall not last"
    • {{ 911googlemonkey: "His rash, fierce blaze of riot cannot last, / For violent fires soon burn out themselves" (2.1.33-34) }}
    • This war this inevitable I mean this endless war is over with
    • And I really do think that this new era of thoughtfulness and in collective government is of his beginning
    • And you had to be at red pill today if if he hadn't felt that before
    • I do feel this kind of crucible of thought coming together and changing things
    • I actually came away with a great sense of hope after being there one day that there is--we don't want G4S (frmly Wackenhut Security--George means domestic surveillance contractors) gangs constantly attacking us
    • And criticizing us, and ruining our lives
    • We want to kind of live in this free society that the Jeffersons and the and the Washingtons promised us
    • I know that's a long diatribe and I know I got my Richard II
    • In there but it's really how I feel at the end of the day
    • It's a message of hope it's a message of we can be better than this
    • We can be better than CNN saying you must attack you must attack you must attack
    • We're better than that
    • We can look for ourselves and judge the truth for ourselves and judge the best actions for ourselves rather than being told "this is what you need to do this is who you need to attack today"
  • Day 245.1. Hillary's Leakers Hackers and Henchmen
    • Okay. Day 245 everybody wants to talk about the nuclear suitcase in Pakistan
    • Did we lose a suitcase in Pakistan with nuclear material or nuclear testing devices?
    • Could that been a whistleblower that was somehow secreting evidence to prove the fact that they were sending depleted uranium, and spent uranium fuel to the US ports, without any approval, or any open dialogue from the people who lived in those ports?
    • I don't know. We'll have to look up the look of the case on the nuclear suitcase, and see more facts more details
    • But my point in this series is that we expose not only ratlines but also loopholes
    • We exposed the Liaison loophole.
    • That if I wanted to have some contract for 35 tons of plutonium to dispose of that through Russia and the United States I could just run everything--all the spent fuel all over the world through that same contract
    • I could ship it under the auspices of that program to the United States under Diplomatic Immunity--which is another loophole: diplomatic container [diplomatic pouch can be the size of container] loophole
    • And bring it into ports bring in depleted uranium and spent uranium into our US ports Newark Philadelphia Dover, down to Savannah Charleston Port Canaveral also Miami, Tampa
    • So these are the things that we need to expose
    • These are things that the public has a right to know.
    • These are in many cases clear and present danger.
    • Like I said before if you add a little pat a cigarette pack of C4 you
    • Now have a dirty bomb Obama administration is the one who said that is the clearest and most present danger is a dirty bomb
    • So these are things that public has a right to know and I have a right to expose for the public
    • Now where is the investigation going lots of feelers out lots of contacts going out in Pakistan right now
    • Obviously everybody knows about my CIA contacts for the people used to work in there and that theater of war
    • I don't want to expose or put any more ask any more of those folks right now because there's a lot of pressure there
    • There are people in Pakistan that are participating in Karachi and Kasim,
    • As well as up in the weapons Factory Adi weapons Factory up in Wah
    • So as also with the nuclear power plants in Chashma
    • So you just have to wait on some of these things--that's kind of like Julian Assange trying to get him a note try three or four or five days in a row
    • You don't get there but that doesn't mean you stop trying
    • So that's kind of where we are I think more needs to be understood by the public about this plutonium contract
    • About what kind of safeguards and controls are involved you can't just make it a dump bucket for every Middle Eastern OPEC nations spent fuel
    • And then Jack Lew can't just run kickbacks through for every senator wearing wearing wingtips through the MOX plant and the Savannah River you can't just threaten every Senator with cutting back on their 35 program every time somebody raises a question kind of protective encouragement okay this stuff is really super radioactive and it does kind of huge threat for if one terrorists had one cigarette pack of C4
    • So let's let's think about how we're doing this and the public has a right to know
    • So that's where we are in the investigation there
    • And I keep met about ten different people who view the channel here in Bozeman
    • It's always good to get the feedback but it's time to get back on the road time to get down Florida investigate those three lawyers deaths that's the next step and we'll go from there.
  • Day 245.2. Hillary's Leakers Hackers and Henchmen
    • NOCAPS, Recap
    • RedPill is over, it ended in an emotional moment
    • Guy who got shot in Oregon
    • Car could have been stopped and seems like he got shot in the back--dont' really want to engage that
    • Arlin Williams--a fair reporter from Gulagbound interviewed George
    • He spent lunch and spent a good amount of time getting to know me
    • He put it up there uncut which is encouraging, he didn't pick out or cut
    • Please zoom in and raise the volume and post it and I'll get it back to Arlin
    • World Alternative Media--Josh from WAM is the new sensation on the internet--taking it by storm
    • John B Wells, good interview, let me answer the Charleston charges, etc, gave me a fair chance to explain myself--and I think I did a fair job of laying out the facts
  • Day 246.1 Hillary's Leakers Hackers and Henchmen
    • Okay. this is day 246 part one I just a quick correction from yesterday I mentioned about Lavoy Finicum
    • Believe me I know that it was in Oregon not the first one which was in Nevada
    • I know it was about uranium I was with his widow yesterday
    • So I hugged the widow I gave her money okay
    • So it's not something I'm reporting about like I don't know anything about
    • I was there I was with his widow yesterday
    • So I just want to let everybody know I was speaking about the Oregon standoff
    • Like I said I didn't know a lot about that I didn't report on that
    • But I just wanted to be clear that there was two incidents one in Nevada earlier with the standoff with the father and then the other Bundy's came up along with Lavoy Finicum to Oregon
    • I'm gonna be also interviewing with Arlen Williams again
    • I did an interview yesterday was a little bit shaky and there was back light
    • So we're going to try to do a better production quality today
    • And that's coming up here in about a half hour
  • Day 246.2. Hillary's Leakers Hackers and Henchmen
    • Okay. Day 246 part 2 Maria Bartiromo just asked Jason Chaffetz about the Awan brothers investigation
    • And he basically said takes a while to get documents may take up to a year to get documents
    • So at least we have some MSM confirmation this is an investigation
    • So that's good
    • But let's recount the facts
    • I called my sources again my six sources who've worked in Homeland Security Intelligence services in Pakistan
    • Let's recount we have the Clintons illegally dealing uranium with the uranium one deal
    • With the Mueller email
    • The Mueller mule email, where she's taking samples on the tarmac
    • We have a group of a shipping corporation called Gulftainer that was started in UAE
    • It goes to the next port
    • It's signed up was Iraq
    • That can service both nuclear industries of Iraq and Iran
    • We have the two scientists from one from the Iraqi nuclear program
    • The other from the Iranian nuclear program
    • Being the principal's in the Gulf Tanner shipping company
    • We then have Pakistan being added as a shipping client
    • A location of Gulftainer and
    • Now we have a port in the United States for third party logistics in Port Canaveral and other ports now of being involved like the port of Charleston with a deepening project
    • So we have Gulf Tanner there we know Jack Lew who is the person who is from Benghazi fame who cut off Obama from all the calls from the ambassador Christopher Stevens
    • That same guy who was chief of staff for Obama, now is the Department of Treasury secretary who negotiated the deal for Gulftainer.
    • He's negotiated in secret
    • He also is the person who put together the Iran nuclear deal with the government of Iran on BlackBerries using private accounts not State Department dot gov accounts
    • So we can't go back and look at those
    • So again we have this pattern of secrecy of use of illegal emails to do negotiations
    • And now we know we have the Awan spy ring in Congress
    • We know that they've stolen equipment from Congress
    • We know they've compromised US senators and US congressman
    • We also know that the ones have diplomatic treatment when they go back to PK
    • This is Luke Rosiak of Daily Caller
    • They have diplomatic treatment, full regalia in terms of escorts when they go up, even as far as Faisalabad.
    • We know that Imran's father was involved in land swindles there in North of Faisalabad--we know just north of there in Chashma is where the new nuclear reactors are being built for the Iranian for the Pakistani nuclear program
    • We know not too much further up the road is where the depleted uranium weapons are made at Pakistan Ordnance Factory-- ordnance factories--All in Punjab
    • We know that the Awans are very closely connected in the government of Pakistan and especially the government of Punjab through the Federal Police, hence the all the escorts
    • So and we know that the Obama administration has said there is a well first of all the National Academy of Sciences has said that the dirty bombs are a clear and present danger with the plutonium currently lost in the world market
    • And we know that for diplomatic containers came into the port of Charleston the night that we called and said "sweep for diplomatic containers" that night on June the 14th
    • So we know also that from air from everything that it looks like that Omar Awan went to the White House to get a diplomatic passport for all of his brothers
    • And all the people involved in the conspiracy, but we know they've fled to Pakistan
    • But they asked for top-secret clearance when they were working on Washington in Washington DC
    • We know that Debbie Wasserman-Schultz still has a relationship there
    • We know that the laptops and Blackberries that they used in terms of using the blackberry sink to steal information from members of Congress were in Imran Awan's house as per Andre Taggart--the renter of one of his homes in Lorton, Virginia
    • All this was presented this morning again to my Intelligence contacts
    • They and I asked him to make an Intelligence assessment
    • Their opinion has not changed
    • These six Intelligence professionals given that information made the statement: there still--no change--is a clear and present danger if not more evidence
    • Now with the knowledge that four containers on the Maersk Memphis that ket come from Pakistan were on that boat that they had highlighted earlier
    • So not only no change in the Intelligence assessment but now an up leveling of the level of threat and risk
    • We also know the Obama administration in their last Intelligence assessment said that that was the most clear and present danger: dirty bomb
    • I published several articles as thumbnails in previous videos this morning talking about Pakistan being the number three nuclear stockpile agency
    • Their development of small tactical weapons nuclear weapons out of India times and how they want to deal
    • Now with China to use leverage against the United States
    • That's a nice nuclear partner the first ill wind that comes their way that one of their spy rings may be investigated
    • Now they're going to go to China to use to get leverage against the United States
    • So amongst all these things, what these Intelligence professionals call for was an immediate Intelligence assessment by the Joint Chiefs of Staff
    • No we're not going to wait a year
    • The people of Charleston
    • The people of Wilmington
    • The people of Port Canaveral
    • The people of Miami the Port of Miami
    • Port of Newark
    • The people of New York City
    • Port of Philadelphia
    • Are not going to wait a year for documents
    • This needs an immediate convening of the Joint Chiefs of Staff to make an Intelligence assessment to see how much information the Awan brothers got and their wives all on Capitol Hill with access to top-secret information
    • That's the assessment as of this morning I'm disappointed in a way to hear Jason Chaffetz say that it's going to take a year--we're going to play the chase the documents game
    • We immediately publish the 650,000 emails on Huma's server with it with at least the metadata
    • We'll have many of these answers--the goings on between Sid Blumenthal and also David Petraeus with Hillary
    • Along with general Grange and all the other folks involved with Osprey Global
    • So that's the state of play this morning
    • Flying back to Indianapolis now
    • And we'll keep following this investigation we are going to go to Florida
    • We are going to take the last steps of those three lawyers that were murdered in the Seth Rich investigation[1][2][3]
  • Day 246.3. Hillary's Leakers Hackers and Henchmen
    • Okay. Days 246 part 3
    • This is kind of a special treat one of the red pill attendees here
    • Pabble from Olympia
    • POBBLE: Olympia Washington right
    • G: and you're a publicist
    • POBBLE: Yes, I'm a publicist I have a lot of interest in what's going on behind the scenes and hence meeting George Webb in person I'm really happy about this
    • He did not know about something that I heard about several years back, where there was an attempt for a dirty bomb in South Carolina
    • And Lindsey Graham was somehow involved
    • I think Alex Jones exploded the story and it was supposed to have been a false flag
    • does anyone know where this came from or have any details on it?
    • Please send it to George if you do
    • G: yeah and this was interesting to me, because we were just having lunch here at the club in Bozeman, and we were talking, and POBBLE said to me hey do you realize this happened before before the June 14th thing?
    • POBBLE: Same script
    • G: Yeah is it the Port of Charleston again?
    • So again this is as time goes by it just piles up this information you can have as evidence just piles up yeah
    • POBBLE: Yeah. Anyone that can find anything on this we'd appreciate the help right now with the research
    • Because if it's the same script operating again, then it will be good to know how it ended
    • G: That's good. All right thanks POBBLE
  • Day 264.4. Hillary's Leakers Hackers and Henchmen
    • Okay. This is day 246 This is part four
    • I'm call this reporters' notebook
    • And this is so people don't have to read the comments they don't want to
    • I'm going to summarize kind of the best of the best
    • This is for July to June 20th excuse me first one is Lloyd Finicum
    • I did find actually the folks were right
    • That there was a negotiation for a uranium oxide plan in Malou er of wildlife area there near the bird sanctuary, and north of there around these different ranchers plants
    • Interestingly enough, around timing-correlation the uranium one deal was happening at the same time
    • And I think you're going to find this long beach connection to China is going to keep coming into play more and more
    • And Pakistani connection to Savannah River just keeps is going to just keep coming back,
    • When you see how this uranium is is going to be moved into the country
    • How samples are going to move around
    • Second one is there's a story out a video out about flying samples
    • The National Nuclear Security Agency has a report saying in Los Alamos...from Los Alamos they flew part parts to Lawrence Livermore labs small amounts, and a Savannah River nuclear labs
    • I believe this is going to be samples of highly enriched uranium
    • Much like the deal that Muller when he took the sample on the tarmac
    • --The Kazakhstan sample
    • And he marched it across the tarmac in Georgia to try to sell it to the government of Georgia
    • I think this is going to be the same deal
    • You need to get samples of this stuff to test it to these different nuclear laboratories before the military guys who are buying this stuff for the submarines or for weapons or whatever the contractors
    • You got to get the samples there to test it
    • So that makes sense why it wouldn't come out of Los Alamos
    • The Jack Lew thing--Gulftainer--that's the deal where the Iraqi nuclear scientists in the Iranian nuclear scientists on this company this UAE company called Gulftainer their first contract was a no-bid contract this was negotiated in secret by Jack Lew who was the chief of staff for Obama and then became the Treasury secretary thirty five years 35 years
    • Now remember golf Tanner has all these after they signed up for UAE the next port they sign up in is Iraq and then after that Pakistan
    • So embargoes
    • Always always always look for embargoes whenever you see Jack Lew's name: he loves embargoes
    • You may as well call this an embargo premium or embargo profits, because as soon as you put somebody on embargo, that creates a secret ratline.
    • Embargoes are ratlines there's just no two ways about it
    • So obviously this Iraqi nuclear fuel being sold all around the world--that spent fuel, going to MOX plants for reprocessing
    • You're also going to see Iranian
    • So moving down, we're going to talk about Lindsey Graham
    • People four years ago basically said the same thing I did
    • Charleston is in trouble
    • Only Lindsey Graham said Charleston will be nuked if we don't attack Assad
    • So there was tractor-trailer took some material from Fort Dyess Air Force Base
    • I don't know how I say that Dyess
    • And Lindsey Graham said if we don't get in this war against Assad, we're going to be nuked
    • I mentioned before that there's a purple glow when you take this spent uranium and you throw it in the water
    • You can see it 30 feet below the water with this purple glow
    • And that somebody sent in that's a German name about when the neutrons and being emitted from the uranium are slowed down, it creates that purple glow
    • I also said that if you had any C4 with this kind of stuff coming into Charleston Harbor the spent nuclear fuel--very radioactive this purple glow I'll call it, call spent fuel, purple glow--you then create a purple haze in the sky when you have that C4 it goes up in the atmosphere blows in the wind
    • And then you're going to get the Purple Rain it's going to go into the water table after that, and you're gonna get the purple rain
    • So Jimi Hendrix fans and Prince fans have something to celebrate
    • And then finally Qasim news this is a kind of a open source thing
    • Somebody just went to the Qasim shipping news paper and found out that there they list the UN privileges the diplomats--I don't know why I didn't think of that--but one of them coming into the port of Karachi was in near Qasim here was the royal family of UAE and Qatar
    • And as I've said before I believe the Awans being Pakistani ISI are basically guards for the Royal family of UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and Dubai and Abu Dhabi obviously in the UAE
    • So that's it tomorrow
    • So I had to delete the earlier version I made a mistake and just had to redo and
    • So sorry about the comments
  • Day 247.1 Hillary's Leakers Hackers and Henchmen
    • Okay. Its day 247 this is part one
    • Heading back to Chicago from beautiful Montana right now
    • I might have a chance to do a quick HOMEN SQUARE story before going on to New York and then on the Florida to track the last steps to the three attorneys that were killed Wacks I believe one of the Jewish guys name was, and then the Alvarez I think was the Hispanic guys along with Bernie Whisenant, the black lawyer
    • So if people could get me the latitude and longitude of the last mile that they all walked, and I will start collecting information on the last mile for the three guys that were murdered
    • And we'll get that set up and like I said it might squeeze a home and square story in there
    • Also Maltego, I would really like to start doing link analysis with all the entities we've created
    • {{ 911bs: I'm still game George if you are, just email me or find me on reddit }}
    • {{ btw, I found a tool for getting all the comments off your videos it's phantomjs, it's a programmable text browser. It's rad. More, soon. Check your spam folder. }}
    • If you watch the crowdsource the truth live stream that we did this morning about Trello also as a way of visually processing and vetting information that we're starting to get from a lot of different confidential sources
    • So that's the update this morning on day 247
  • Day 247.2. Hillary's Leakers Hackers and Henchmen
    • NOCAPS, Recap
    • We have the names for the 3 lawyers in Florida and a new Awan brothers White House Petition
    • We have the location longitude and latitude we can look at the last mile [Whisenant's], at least in the ocean
    • Bernie Whisenant's case there's going to be a parking lot and a row of trees at the beach that will give a cover so that bad guys can throw a body.
    • It was a new moon, so very dark--might have picked that night for that reason
    • And also low tide, meaning that the body would come in at high tide
    • A beachgoer found the body at 630am, but we don't know time of death
    • Go sign petition for the Awan brothers
    • Update from all the great comments
    • Going to walk the last mile for Whiseant
  • Day 248.1. Hillary's Leakers Hackers and Henchmen
    • Okay. Day 248 and I have a chance to use the slides again
    • So I thought I would do a quick recap
    • This is the one spiring on Capitol hill
    • But also we have a depleted uranium conduit--are the Awans helping facilitate the sale of depleted uranium weapons from Pakistan in the United States, and also highly enriched uranium, and also spent uranium?
    • So I'm gonna just use DU here to stand for depleted uranium, as well as SU for spent uranium, as well as HEU and that's gonna be highly enriched uranium
    • We don't know
    • But we do know that this is Imran Awan, and this may be Omar Awan, that was published--this picture was published yesterday in the Daily Caller
    • We do know that they had top-secret access the Awan brothers did, and they had Whitehouse VISAs
    • As a matter of fact, Omar went to the White House three times for VIASs, three separate trips
    • And we know that they were a member of Anthony's trusted staff that was configuring these Blackberries for a spy network in Congress
    • We don't know if they were running the spy network,
    • Or if they had trusted staff coming in from Pakistan staying at one of their 12 homes, and being supportive of one of the 22 businesses that the Awan brothers had
    • We do also know that Mr. McCabe here is recently in trouble for coming down very hard on a woman who had a lawsuit against the FBI-- one by the name of ROBYN GRITZ[rg1][rg2][rg3][rg4] who was showing her True Grit and McCabe decided to come down on her because she was leveling a sexual discrimination charge against her supervisor
    • We also know that Mr. McCabe came down Michael Flynn for coming to Robin Gritz's defense, and that article came out yesterday in TruePundit. {{ 911bs, it was actually CIRCA, not TruePundit. I just searched exhaustively and came up w/nothing. Only the Grassley conflicts of interest article on TP }}
    • People they might detractors say I have a lack of physical evidence, I just wanted to remind them that I actually went to all 12 homes in Washington area
    • So this Hawkshead Drive--the last stop we visited.
    • We found all these Blackberries with Congressional markings and laptops with congressional markings
    • The marine there Andre Taggert said he called the FBI
    • The Navy came in and asked what the background was of these Congressional markings here fearing that his wife, Andre Taggarts' wife might be secretive information to foreign governments
    • She was cleared and then the material was relegated to the Capitol Police,
    • Which was later confirmed by Debbie Wasserman-Schultz at her grilling of the Police Chief of the Capitol Police, which was Andrew Verdarosa
    • We also know--since we did slides last...--that Gulftainer, this corporation did a deal for the port of Canaveral, control the port of Canavaral, which is right next to the Trident sub-base in Florida
    • Also right next to the Canaveral Air Station
    • We know that a very similar the situation exists with Gulftainer doing a large deepening of Charleston's port
    • Which is close to a M O X mixed oxide fuel exchange plant, which can reprocess spent uranium fuel
    • We also know that Jafar here is one of the top nuclear scientists, [is] an owner of Gulftainer
    • The other one being a top Iranian nuclear scientists
    • And we also know that this of this group of people that owns Gulftainer
    • Four of the diplomatic containers were actually on that ship called the Memphis Maersk that we were discussing that night on the phone of the fourth fourteenth
    • And we know that the UAE and Qatari royal families also were found on the manifest for the port of Qasim
    • Which is near Karachi in Pakistan with diplomatic privileges
    • And we know of course now that there's no scanning of diplomatic containers for people who have diplomatic privileges
    • We know that dak Jack Lew there's Treasury secretary the person with a Benghazi fame that shunted all those calls from Christopher Stevens
    • Jack Lew did that deal for Gulftainer in secret with Iran and Iraqi nuclear scientists

THE PRESIDENT posts a video of himself pummeling a man with CNN logo on his face -- CNN: ‘We will keep doing our jobs. He should start doing his’ -- SASSE punts on '20
by [email protected] (Daniel Lippman) via POLITICO - TOP Stories
THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES tweeted a 28-second video of himself punching someone whose face is covered by the CNN logo. The altered video is from one of his appearances 10 years ago on WWE.
THE TWEET -- THE PRESIDENT at 9:21 a.m.: “#FraudNewsCNN #FNN”
LET’S BE CLEAR -- The president has just sent his 33 million followers a video of himself pummeling a man covered by the CNN logo. CNN anchors and reporters -- indeed, anchors and reporters from many media outlets -- have been threatened and harassed. The president tweeted this message from the comfort of his summer golf home in New Jersey, surrounded by Secret Service. Meanwhile journalists are in the field, across the country and the world.
THE WHITE HOUSE keeps telling us the president wants to talk about policy, but the media doesn’t want to cover it. Since June 30, the president has tweeted once about health care -- and it was to suggest a new strategy for Republicans. He has tweeted eight times about the media.
CNN’s FIERY RESPONSE: “It is a sad day when the President of the United States encourages violence against reporters. Clearly, Sarah Huckabee Sanders lied when she said the President had never done so. Instead of preparing for his overseas trip, his first meeting with Vladimir Putin, dealing with North Korea and working on his health care bill, he is instead involved in juvenile behavior far below the dignity of his office. We will keep doing our jobs. He should start doing his.”
THE WHITE HOUSE did not immediately respond to a request for comment about the tweet.
FROM A D.C. REPUBLICAN: “Lord almighty. It seriously gets worse every day.”
-- @NancyPelosi: “Violence & violent imagery to bully the press must be rejected. This #July4th, celebrate freedom of the press, guardians to our democracy”.
TOM BOSSERT, the president’s homeland security adviser, walked onto Martha Raddatz’s set on ABC’s “This Week” just moments after the tweet posted. Jake showed him the video on his iPhone just as he was walking out of the green room. Raddatz asked him for his reaction on set. “There’s a lot of cable news shows that reach directly into hundreds of thousands of viewers that are really not very fair to the president. So I’m very proud of the president for developing a Twitter and social media platform where he can talk directly to the American people.” He said Trump is the most “genuine president” and “non-politician president” in our time. “No one would perceive that as a threat,” Bossert said.
BUZZFEED: “The edited version of the clip has circulated on Reddit’s The_Donald -- which has become a hub for followers of alt-right, far-right, and Trump supporters -- over the last few days prior to the President tweeting it. It is not clear how the president became aware of the clip.”
-- REMEMBER: A few weeks ago, House Majority Whip Steve Scalise (R-La.) was shot and he now lays in a Washington hospital recovering. The president, at that time, called for the country to unify. He was roundly praised. Republicans and Democrats said it was time to ratchet down the political rhetoric.
ANA NAVARRO, on “This Week”: “It is an incitement to violence. He is going to get somebody killed in the media. Maybe that will stop him.”
KEEP IN MIND -- Ben Jacobs, a reporter from The Guardian, was recently bodyslammed by a congressional candidate.
BY THE WAY … The man whose face is covered up appears to be Vince McMahon, the husband of Small Business Administrator Linda McMahon. See the original clip from 10 years ago
-- BARACK OBAMA in Jakarta, Indonesia, per the AP: “‘I wasn’t worried about what was in the newspapers today,’ former President Barack Obama said Saturday during a nostalgic visit to Indonesia's capital, his childhood home. ‘What I was worried about was, ‘What are they going to write about me 20 years from now when I look back?’”
-- MITCH MCCONNELL, per the AP, in Kentucky: “‘If Republican Senators are unable to pass what they are working on now, they should immediately REPEAL, and then REPLACE at a later date!’ Trump wrote early Friday. Later that day, McConnell told reporters after an event in his home state of Kentucky that the health bill was challenging but ‘we are going to stick with that path.’ He added: ‘It’s not easy making America great again, is it?’”
PRESIDENT TRUMP at the “Celebrate Freedom” rally honoring veterans last night at the Kennedy Center: “My administration is transferring power outside of Washington and returning it to where it belongs, the people. The fake media is trying to silence us but we will not let them. The people know the truth. The fake media tried to stop us from going to the White House, but I’m president and they’re not. … “The fact is the press destroyed themselves because they went too far. Instead of being subtle and smart, they used the hatchet and the people saw it right from the beginning. ... The dishonest media will not stop us from accomplishing our objectives on behalf of the American people. Their agenda is not your agenda.”
-- DESPITE THE BLUSTER, we’d venture to say President Trump has given nearly as many interviews to the New York Times and Washington Post since winning the presidency in November than Barack Obama did in eight years. Right?
-- @maggieNYT: “POTUS used July 4 vets event to attack the press/first amendment: ‘The fact is the press destroyed themselves because they went too far.’”
-- QUICK NOTE: Imagine if Barack Obama used a veterans event to attack the press.
THE NEW WALL STREET JOURNAL -- SAM WALKER, the deputy enterprise editor at the WSJ (@samwalkers): “Are WH attacks on TV media ‘news’? I dunno... These @shaneharris scoops definitely are:
FOR POSTERITY [email protected] at 3:41 p.m.: “My use of social media is not Presidential - it’s MODERN DAY PRESIDENTIAL. Make America Great Again!”
IVANKA WATCH -- “When Dad’s the president -- a look inside Ivanka Trump’s complicated world,” by WaPo’s Monica Hesse and Krissah Thompson: “Ivanka Trump’s office: clean, white, quiet. A zone of punctual start times and promptly-offered water bottles, and a conference table at which she conducts meetings. A short, winding walk away from her father’s Oval Office downstairs. She does not necessarily appreciate daily schedules. Neither does her father. When Ivanka needs to see the president, she stops by. When he needs to see her, he calls. When he wants her opinion, he asks for it and she gives it, but without expectation that it will be followed. She sees her role as not to persuade, but to inform and support ...
“Anyone who has invested in her the ability to change her father clearly doesn’t understand the dynamic that has always governed their relationship and also the dynamic of a president and his staff. After all, she works for him. ... When she disagrees with her dad, she asks herself whether the issue was a campaign promise or not. If it was, she readily suppresses her own wishes. She believes that doing otherwise would undermine what the American people voted for. She asks herself why her opinion is more right than the 46 percent of the country who put her father in office.”
NOTHING TO SEE HERE -- “With health bill looming, senators aren’t rushing into the July Fourth spotlight,” by WaPo’s Paul Kane: “Sen. Susan Collins will celebrate the Fourth of July within view of the Canadian border, at a remote northeastern Maine town’s annual parade. Sen. Lisa Murkowski will appear on the other end of the continent in an old timber town on an isolated Alaskan island. These two Republican senators, critical swing votes in the debate over health-care legislation, are not exactly rushing into the public spotlight to engage their constituents on the controversial plan and their own decision-making about the proposal.
“Then again, at least they have released information about where they will be. That’s more than most Senate Republicans have done at the start of a 10-day break wrapped around the nation’s Independence Day celebration. This creates the belief among liberal activists that Republicans are trying to hide, which in turn primes every public moment to become that much more confrontational.”
-- W.H. LEGISLATIVE DIRECTOR MARC SHORT ON TIMING, to JOHN ROBERTS on “Fox News Sunday”: “Well, look, we’ve gone through a long process in the House and got it completed and passed in the House. We now are in the Senate where there’s been obviously a lot of procedural delays in this process. We are at the point of scoring two separate bills throughout the course of this recess this week. So, we hope that we come back the week after recess, we'll have a vote.”
WHAT BRAD PARSCALE IS READING -- “Pro-Trump Twitter operatives market paid tweets,” by Shawn Musgrave: “From the moment he declared his candidacy, President Trump commanded legions of online followers. Now, having helped win the White House, factions of self-made social media operatives are redirecting their skills and infrastructure to promote other candidates nationwide. Some are even vying to spin their experiences from the presidential race into new business models, seeking to promote other candidates by paying pro-Trump Twitter users to tweet and retweet scripted messages. Pro-Trump tweeters say they deserve at least partial credit for defeating Hillary Clinton, as well as for the string of Republican victories in recent special elections. A handful are pursuing paid gigs from aspiring conservative politicians, pitching their organized -- and often secretive -- follower networks to ‘America First’ candidates willing to pay.
“It’s an unproven concept, one viewed with skepticism from established campaign veterans and with varying levels of disdain from those who tweet Trump’s virtues for free. After all, Twitter derives its power from authentic, grass-roots messaging. But pay-to-tweet enthusiasts say they’re selling the future of social media strategy, and that candidates won’t have any choice but to pay.”
MAUREEN DOWD in the NYT: “Cruella de Trump”: “The 71-year-old president’s pathological inability to let go of slights; his strongman reflex to be the aggressor and bite back like a cornered animal, without regard for societal norms; his lack of self-awareness about the power he commands and the proportionality of his responses; his grotesque hunger for flattery and taste for Tony Soprano tactics; his Pravda partnership with David Pecker, the head honcho at The National Enquirer, which has been giving Trump the Il Duce treatment while sliming his political opponents, the ‘Morning Joe’ anchors and Megyn Kelly -- these are all matters that should alarm men and women equally.
“Trump has moved his shallow kiddie wading pool of gossip and ridicule from Trump Tower to the White House, where it is so outlandishly out of place that it often feels like we have a Page Six reporter as our president. … Before he got to D.C., Trump was used to media that could be bought, sold and bartered with. He is not built for this hostile environment and it shows in his deteriorating psychological state. Even though he’s in the safest space of all, he’s not in a safe space.”
THE WHITE HOUSE appears to be putting more of their aides on television to talk about the president’s agenda. They had Tom Bossert, the president’s homeland security adviser, on ABC and Marc Short, the president’s legislative affairs director, on Fox. The Trump administration has had no one on the Sunday shows on many occasions. A few weeks ago, Trump’s attorney Jay Sekulow went on the shows.
SUNDAY BEST -- HHS SECRETARY TOM PRICE to NBC’S CHUCK TODD on “MEET THE PRESS” -- TODD: “I’m just asking you as a father. If your son tweeted about a woman like that, what would you say to him?” PRICE: “Chuck, you know, this is really remarkable. You’ve got incredible challenges across this nation, incredible challenges around the world. The challenge that I've been given is to address the health care issues. And your program, a program with the incredible history of Meet the Press, and that’s what you want to talk about?” TODD: “I don’t.” PRICE:“Let me suggest to you that the American people want to talk about the challenges.”
TODD: “Mr. Secretary, I don’t. Mr. Secretary, with all due respect, you’re blaming me for what the president of the United States has spent his entire week focused on?” PRICE: “No. Listen to me, with all due respect. The American people are concerned about a health care system that is not providing choices, where premiums are going up, where insurance companies are vacating markets all across this land. And that’s what they want us to concentrate on. And that’s what they want us to fix. And that’s what I and the president are working on.”
-- CANCEL AUGUST RECESS: “Let's bring everybody into the room. Let’s do this full-time 18 hours a day, six days a week. Let’s cancel the August state work period, and let’s do it in full public view and have hearings and get to work on something that works better than Obamacare. We pledged that, and the American people deserve that.”
-- NO ANSWER ABOUT A 2020 CHALLENGE TO TRUMP: TAPPER: “So, senator, you're not taking that advice. In fact, you’re going to be crossing the Missouri on Friday, going to Iowa and speaking at the Judge Joseph Story Dinner. Is there any chance that you will challenge President Trump for the Republican nomination in 2020?”
SASSE: “Well, first of all, let’s be clear why I’m going to be in Iowa this weekend. I don’t want to admit it anywhere, let alone on national TV, but Nebraska lost to Iowa last year in a football game, and I lost a bet. So, I have to drive Uber in Iowa next weekend. So, that’s the reason I’m going to be in Iowa. It’s about Hawkeyes and Huskers’ bloodletting on the football field and the aftermath of that. But I don’t know who that guy is in your segment, but here’s what I believe.
“I believe that, on the Fourth of July weekend, we ought to have every kid in America having their moms and dads and aunts and uncles and grandmas and grandpas getting together and saying, we hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men and women are created equal, that they’re endowed by their creator with certain inalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
“That’s what America is about. It’s not about Republicans and Democrats who have important differences on policy screaming at each other that the other side wants to kill somebody. Politics are subordinate to the things that are supposed to unite Americans. And this is a weekend that we should be celebrating all that.”
JOHN ROBERTS talks with SEN. JOE MANCHIN (D-W.VA.) on “FOX NEWS SUNDAY” -- “Manchin: Dems want to work with Trump on health care,” by Connor O’Brien: “Democratic Sen. Joe Manchin on Sunday said members of his party are willing to work with Republicans and President Donald Trump to find a bipartisan solution on health care. ... ‘I want him to know there are Democrats that want to work with him,’ Manchin said. ‘But right now, they can’t even repeal it. They can’t get 50 votes to repeal it because somebody’s getting hurt more than what they’re willing to sign on to.’ ‘Look at some of us. Work with us Democrats who are willing to meet you in the middle, who have always been willing to meet you in the middle,’ Manchin said.”
JOHN DICKERSON talks with SEN. MIKE LEE (R-UTAH) on CBS's "FACE THE NATION: DICKERSON: "If Republicans can't agree on a replacement option at the moment why would they be able to agree on one in the future?" LEE: "Well, if we adopted a measure, if we passed a measure repealing Obamacare, and put a delayed implementation measure in there. With the understanding that at that point after passing the repeal measure we would undertake the step by step process of deciding what comes next. I think it's easier, sometimes when you lump too many things into one piece of legislation, you doom its likelihood of success and I fear that that might be where we are today and i think that explains a lot of what President Trump was talking about in his tweet the other day. What Senator Sasse mentioned in his series of communications on Friday and I think it’s very much worth considering, it’s consistent with what I thought would be better, a more likely to succeed legislative strategy over the last six months."
REMEMBER THIS GUY? -- “Christie adds government shutdown to his legacy: The move comes after New Jersey lawmakers failed to pass a budget by the annual deadline,” by New Jersey Playbooker Matt Friedman: “Chris Christie is heading into his final six months as governor presiding over New Jersey’s biggest government crisis in more than a decade: A shutdown that will literally turn the lights out in Trenton. New Jersey lawmakers failed to pass a budget by the annual deadline at midnight last night, and Christie promptly issued an order sparking the closure of government offices and services deemed non-essential. State parks and beaches will likely be closed this morning, just in time for the holiday, as will motor vehicle offices. Courts could be closed come Monday. Tens of thousands of state government employees will be furloughed. …
“‘It’s all going to come down to when folks get up tomorrow for the July 4th weekend and drive down to Island Beach State Park to spend the day and a sign says it’s closed,’ said Patrick Murray, director of the Monmouth University Polling Institute. ‘They’re going to blame Gov. Christie and nobody else.’” … Subscribe to New Jersey Playbook

THE CABINET -- NYT A1, “E.P.A. Chief Voids Obama-Era Rules in Blazing Start,” by Coral Davenport (online headline: “Counseled by Industry, Not Staff, E.P.A. Chief Is Off to a Blazing Start”): “In the four months since he took office as the Environmental Protection Agency’s administrator, Scott Pruitt has moved to undo, delay or otherwise block more than 30 environmental rules, a regulatory rollback larger in scope than any other over so short a time in the agency’s 47-year history, according to experts in environmental law. Mr. Pruitt’s supporters, including President Trump, have hailed his moves as an uprooting of the administrative state and a clearing of onerous regulations that have stymied American business. Environmental advocates have watched in horror as Mr. Pruitt has worked to disable the authority of the agency charged with protecting the nation’s air, water and public health.”
STEVEN BRILL in WaPo’s Outlook section, “Nine ways to really fix Obamacare”:
MEDIAWATCH -- “Wall Street Journal Said to Reduce Print Operations Outside U.S.,” by NYT’s Emily Steel and Prashant S. Rao: “The Wall Street Journal is scaling back its print operations in Europe and Asia, two people familiar with the plans said … [as] part of efforts by the news organization to cut costs and focus on its digital offerings. The latest move would involve greatly reducing publication of its print newspaper in Europe … That includes eliminating free copies and reducing hotel distribution deals that are not profitable. The Journal will continue to publish an Asian edition in Tokyo, but is exploring other ways to reduce print publishing elsewhere in Asia.”

--“Zohar’s Translation Unlocks the Secrets of Jewish Mysticism in an Age of Extremism,” by Newsweek’s Alexander Nazaryan: “Imagine the Old Testament as written by H.P. Lovecraft, Bible stories tripping on acid, rendered in difficult-to-decipher Aramaic, full of wisdom and beauty but shrouded in obscurity, a 1,900-page text written more than 700 years ago whose teachings have been embraced by celebrities like Madonna but not fully understood even by most scholars of Judaism.”

--“Anxiety at the Gates,” by Edward Schwarzschild in Hazlitt: “[E]very morning, as part of my job [as a TSA screener], I was supposed to run my hands up and down the legs, torsos, and arms of my fellow citizens. I was supposed to do this in such a way that no one would feel groped. Our cheerful instructors offered guidance. Exert the same pressure you use to spread peanut butter on a sandwich. OUT AND ABOUT IN THE HAMPTONS -- LALLY WEYMOUTH held her annual summer party last night at her house in Southampton. She served champagne, rare filet, fried chicken, cornbread, a big chocolate cake, ice cream and cookies decorated as American flags. Brother Don Graham did a big tribute to toast Lally (whose birthday is tomorrow) and shouted out Steven Spielberg’s upcoming film about how Ben Bradlee and Katharine Graham challenged the government for the right to publish the Pentagon Papers in 1971 (Tom Hanks is playing Bradlee and Meryl Streep is playing Graham).
